Close a Club
How to close your investment club on-chain.
Please note that you cannot "delete" an investment club once it has been created on-chain. However, to securely close and remove a club from your ownership, you can use the directions below.
- 1.Close the club to deposits by modifying the settings of the club. Since deposits flow to the owner of the investment club, you'll want to make sure that the club is closed to deposits before ownership is permenantly transferred, otherwise any future funds sent to the club will be lost forever.
- 2.Transfer ownership of the club to a burner address through our instructions here. A commonly used burner address for Ethereum and Polygon is
0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD.
