Common questions related to the Syndicate.io app.
Currently, the Syndicate app supports both ETH and any ERC-20 as deposit assets of an investment club.
On-chain data is inherently public and accessible by anyone. However, Syndicate does not tie any of your personal information to your on-chain metadata. When you create your investment club, you can use a code name or the random name generator to mask the identity of your investment club, since the club name and club token name are public on-chain information.
You can view all of your clubs on the Portfolio page when your wallet is connected. The Portfolio page can be accessed by clicking "Portfolio" in the top left corner of the Syndicate app.
When you create your investment club, you can determine how long your investment club can accept deposits. A few pre-set options are available: 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months—but the duration is easily customizable. You can also adjust the close date/timing via the investment club's admin dashboard on Syndicate.
The tokens, NFTs, and startups your club has invested in can be viewed in the "Assets" section of your investment club's dashboard on Syndicate. The data is updated in real-time based on what assets are held in your club's underlying wallet (aka the wallet that was used to create the club).
Yes. You can modify club token allocation via the instructions here. If you'd like to remove a member, set their token allocation to zero.

Member, deposit, and other manager settings are now available in the interface. Please check this page for more information. Please be aware that the changes are on-chain transactions requiring you to pay gas fees.
While the Syndicate protocol is only deployed on Ethereum and Polygon at the moment, you can still invest your club's assets on other chains!
For example, if you want to purchase an NFT on Avalanche, you can simply bridge your club's funds and purchase an NFT.
However, because the NFT is stored in your Avalanche wallet, it will not automatically appear on your club dashboard. Instead, you can annotate it as an off-chain investment.
Multi-chain support is on the way, with L2s to arrive first. As we deploy the Syndicate protocol to other chains, your assets purchased on those chains will automatically appear in your club dashboard.
